Onamac Industries Emergency SMS Alert Service Terms of Service

1. Service Description
The Onamac Industries Emergency SMS Alert Service provides automated text message notifications regarding emergency situations and urgent operational events that may affect employees. Messages may include facility closures, severe weather, power outages, evacuation instructions, workplace safety incidents, and other time-sensitive operational communications.
2. Eligibility
This service is intended only for current Onamac Industries employees who have voluntarily provided their mobile phone number and consented to receive Emergency SMS Alerts.
3. Consent
By signing the Emergency SMS Alert Consent Form, you authorize Onamac Industries to send automated emergency SMS messages to the mobile phone number you provide. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on emergency situations and operational needs. Messages are sent only when necessary.
5. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. Onamac Industries is not responsible for any charges assessed by your wireless carrier.
6. Opt-Out
You may stop receiving Emergency SMS Alerts at any time by replying STOP to any Emergency SMS message or by contacting Human Resources. After your opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive Emergency SMS notifications unless you submit a new consent form.
7. Help
For assistance with the Emergency SMS Alert Service, reply HELP to an Emergency SMS message or contact the Onamac Industries IT Department or Human Resources.
8. Appropriate Use
The Emergency SMS Alert Service is intended solely for emergency operational communications. Messages are informational only and should not be used to report emergencies, request assistance, or communicate with Onamac Industries. Replies to Emergency SMS messages may not be monitored.
9. Service Availability
While Onamac Industries will make reasonable efforts to deliver Emergency SMS Alerts promptly, delivery depends on third-party mobile carriers and messaging providers. Onamac Industries cannot guarantee successful or timely delivery of every message.
10. Changes to the Service
Onamac Industries may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Emergency SMS Alert Service or these Terms of Service at any time as operational or legal requirements change.
11. Privacy
Your participation in this service is governed by the Onamac Industries Emergency SMS Alert Service Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
